And they refer me to Subordinate Court cus dey only handle employee-employer cases
And the sub court people(dey are extremely UNHELPFUL) say that if I want to make a claim, I have to summit 4 copies of claim forms, supporting documents( invoices/ contracts) and particulars of the company.
AND I have to pay 50 dollars
I have to pay in order to claim my money???
I have to pay 50 dollars to claim my $178.20????
Wat the hell is that???
And dey told me to go CrimsonLogic Service Bureau to get particulars of the company since I dun have any
And I went
And I have to pay $4.80 to get the particulars
Dotz…. I think I will be broke by the time I settled everything…with the cab fees ( to the company and police station) and everything

Option no. 2 - Go after them at all cost.SUE THEM!!! Have justice back.Going to take time. And money.

Option no. 3- Go to their house and confront them. I dun have to pay the court money if i settle this myself. But will have the risk of them slamming door right in my face.

Option no4. - Do it the ah beng way. Splash red paint, hang pig head.
