Happy New Year!
woots~
it's 2oo8.
new year, new start.
countdown was awesome.
nice cocktails at IndoChine, spectacular fireworks in the sky, friendly n helpful waitors,
most importantly, my lovely darlings :D
(oh, did i mention that we didnt have to squeeze with the other ppl? *smug look*)
the museum was.. well. Boring.
HAHA.
i had no idea!
i thought they were supposed to b fun ):
there was free ice cream, which we did not say no to.
free beer, but shit them for checking IDs.
free balloon, which i gladly n excitedly queued for.
i wanna thank darlin jiehui so much for suggestin where to go! :D
otherwise we'd all remain clueless.
partying n dancing with caucasians was SO much better than with singaporean guys.
yes, really.
they were more high, more open.
and the kind of fun they had was simple, clean fun.
unlike singaporean guys.
all they ever do all night is literally stick to girls like leeches.
always making us frown in disgust, never making us laugh wholeheartedly.
alright.
as i've mentioned, new year, new start.
i need some New Year resolutions too.
here goes:
1) Do something about my studies.
no matter how terrible my 'O' levels results turn out, i must figure out a solution. go for interviews, try out other courses that im also interested in, go to shatec, whatever. think of something.
2) Work, and manage to save at least 4K in the year.
yes. i mean save. as in keep in the bank n dun touch it. the rest of the money that i earned.. well. can b used to pamper myself a little (:
3) Start starving myself.
i dun mean not consuming any food at all from now on. what i mean is, like just hav one meal per day or something. this point can b striked off when i successfully lose 8 kgs or so.
4) Stop shutting myself out from the world.
i havent been very friendly with strangers, but i am gonna open up more this year. reply to ppl's messages or requests to b friends in friendster, facebook, etc.
but, i must mention that i do Not enjoy being called 'sweetheart', 'baby' or whatever shit by some ugly guy that i dun even noe. 'baby, can i hold u tonight?' by some other equally or even uglier guy just makes me wanna puke. so if u look like some sicko, please dun 'baby' or 'sweetheart' me. thank u.
5) Eyelash extensions.
a trusted beautician, of cos. i wouldnt wanna get eye infections or stuff like that. can get dangerous.
6) Try out coloured contact lenses.
try out doesnt mean permanently switchin my current normal contact lenses to coloured ones.
7) Go overseas at least once. (hopefully once with my darlings!)
and i dun mean malaysia.
8) Try to get a license.
car, bike, whichever. i should at least try.
9) Resume my piano lessons!
10) Start up a business with darlings.
as kay mentioned, its optional.
11) Get done with my christmas cards.
or should i say, register the word 'deadline' into my dictionary?
that's it.
