Many a times we think it's alright to forgo some form of necessary actions or courtesies because we know that the other party will forgive us and they'll understand us like they've always had.
Many a times we hurt people around us because of that.
And then, we always find it too hard to apologise because apologies are hard. They don't come out easy especially when you are afraid of rejection, afraid of the fact that apologies don't really heal. Or for some, apologies are made too easily. There's no more value in it. One apologises but one does not change. No point either.
For the others, maybe they don't see the point in apologising because people have different perspectives and what may seem wrong to some are not to others.
And so...no apologies come, no one changes, no forgiving is made, and everything remains the same; awkward and full of misunderstandings. And these are what is harmful for a relationship.
So why not everyone shake hands and be friends (or something like that -.-). It's hard to go back to where we were because everyone changes. Some of these changes are major, some are minor. But no denying, everyone has changed and it's impossible to go back. But it's a waste to let relationships wither and stay withered...is it not?
