(oh and i saw a tiny round rainbow on the cloud during the flight to HK! super cute :D)

hello, hong kong! :D

seriously. our changi airport looks so elegant n classy compared to this.

most of their buildings r very tall, but with small rooms and probably lower ceilings than in singapore.

Twins (dun really resemble them. especially charlene)

Hong Kong's nightview is breath taking.
this picture doesnt do it justice.

the Avenue of Stars/Xin Guang Da Dao (or something like that) was boringg to us.
maybe because the weather was really chilly, so we didnt enjoy the stroll along the sea.
maybe because that place actually kind of resembles singapore's Esplanade.
maybe because the handprints/footprints belong to ppl that we dun even noe.

we then had a tour on Hong Kong's version of Hippo Tour.

their apartments.

7th March 2oo8
we had quite a hard time finding this place.
i wanted to go there cos as far as i noe, it's where Edison Chen's shop Clot is located.
sad to say, only after being there, we realised that Clot had probably closed down and the place has now been taken over by some other brand ):

at the train (MTR) station.

they call it Mannings.

8th March 2oo8
our hotel is Dorsett Seaview hotel.
okay, so we didnt exactly expect the 'seaview' part to be true, but to our horror, the view is just shit.

gigantic LV banner!

hong kong airport

YSL cigarettes. too bad i dun smoke.

our favourite air stewardess! (:

and its really great to be back in singapore, though i kind of enjoyed myself there :D

*P.S: Some things that i learnt about hong kong:
-taxis sit up to 5 passengers (cos they dun have the gear thingy)
-taxis have no midnight charge! whoa.
-sex toys stalls make up a high percentage of street stalls. its such a norm to be selling those stuff that some stalls are even managed by old grannies.
-the most expensive carplate ever sold in HK (to date) is the number '18' at a price of HKD$16,500,000 in Feb o8.
